The Watergate features a 38,000-square foot, multi-purpose community center and an adjoining fitness center with

The community center houses a library and rooms devoted to cards, billiards and table tennis, as well as an activities office and resident-service desk.
Conveniences such as an ATM machine, a unisex hair salon, a café, and a convenience store also are on site. What’s more, everything is accessible without putting a toe outdoors; the four residential buildings are connected to the recreational facilities by underground passages.
